The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs, and administrative fees and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments from the carrier.
Once the order leaves Carethy's warehouse and the national territory, the shipping company will be responsible for the state of the shipment (delays, damages, losses, etc).
When an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Carethy's control, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded, minus the costs incurred in shipping and returning the parcel.
If the order is returned due to customs problems, wrong address or absence on the day of delivery, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the corresponding amount will be paid as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.
If for any reason, such as a change of mind, the customer wishes to return the order, a return transaction fee will be charged (check with Customer Service for the cost in each case).
If you wish to make a claim related to transport damage, this must be done within 48 calendar hours of receipt of your order, it must be done through our support center. After confirming any claim, the corresponding amount will be paid through the same payment method used in the purchase. To cover this type of incident, you can contract YOGA Guarantee.
Products can be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt. Before making any return, you should contact our Customer Service to communicate it and to receive help in the process. Upon receiving the returned merchandise and checking its good condition, the amount will be refunded within 14 days after the verification of the products. The products must be in their original state and the returns sheet correctly filled out.
To make a return, the customer must bear the costs of returning the product. If the return is due to a damaged product or due to the delivery of an erroneous product, our Customer Service Department should be contacted immediately.
